Job Summary:
The Beauty Adviser is responsible for providing personalized beauty advice and excellent customer service to promote and sell skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable beauty products
• Provide product knowledge and beauty tips based on customer needs
• Demonstrate proper usage of products through mini makeovers or samples
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well-organized
• Achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge
• Support in-store promotions and events
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Main Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Passion for beauty and skincare

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude

• Previous experience in retail or beauty sales is a plus
