Job Summary:

Our client, a fast-growing technology company providing SaaS solutions, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its B2B sales team. The role focuses on expanding new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company growth plans
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and forecasting through CRM systems
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and product readiness
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management

Main Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of B2B sales experience, including 1-2 years in a sales leadership or team lead role
  • Proven success in SaaS or technology solution selling
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and team management
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Fluent in Khmer and good command of English (spoken and written)
