Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sign language interpretation during training and development.
• Assist in production coaching with sign language interpretation.
• Design training curriculum for Project Echo new hires.
• Mentor and guide Project Echo team members.
• Conduct sensitization training for Wing Staff as needed.
• Monitor quality and productivity for the Project Echo team.
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience through coaching.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with speech/hearing-impaired individuals and fluency in Cambodian Sign Language.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
• Effective communication with other departments.
• Proficiency in English (preferable).
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage team members.
