Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in Table and Floor Lamps to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective supplier management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining robust inspection and quality control processes, with a focus on both English and Mandarin proficiency to communicate effectively with our global supply chain partners.

Main Responsibilities

Quality Control Processes:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective inspection and quality control processes for table and floor lamps.
  • Define and communicate quality requirements to suppliers and ensure adherence to specifications.

Inspection Protocols:

  • Implement inspection protocols for incoming materials, components, and finished products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits at supplier facilities to monitor and verify compliance.
  • Sample inspection for new development product, complete inspection report, and internal testing as required.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyse quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bilingual Communication:

  • Effectively communicate quality requirements and feedback with suppliers.
  • Translate technical documents and specifications as needed to facilitate clear communication.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, with a focus on table and floor lamps or related products.
  • Proficiency in English or Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance monitoring.
    Ability to travel domestically and internationally to conduct supplier visits and audits
