Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve B2B sales targets for residential & commercial air-conditioners, electrical, and consumer electronics projects.
Lead, coach, and build a high-performing sales team
- Support project channel growth strategy to drive sales and pipeline growth.
- Organize and lead regional project sales and support team from lead creation to closing.
- Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and monitor pipeline activities.
- Create specifications and project proposals.
- Build strong relationships with designers, architects, developers, contractors, and key clients.
- Join project reviews and business development activities.
- Report status and perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years in sales management/leadership
- Strong skills in presentation, client relations, negotiation, sales planning, and team motivation
