Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve B2B sales targets for residential & commercial air-conditioners, electrical, and consumer electronics projects.
  • Lead, coach, and build a high-performing sales team

  • Support project channel growth strategy to drive sales and pipeline growth.
  • Organize and lead regional project sales and support team from lead creation to closing.
  • Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and monitor pipeline activities.
  • Create specifications and project proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with designers, architects, developers, contractors, and key clients.
  • Join project reviews and business development activities.
  • Report status and perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years in sales management/leadership
  • Strong skills in presentation, client relations, negotiation, sales planning, and team motivation
