Job Summary:

The Sales Support Staff will assist the sales team in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient handling of sales-related tasks. This includes application processing, handling agents queries, maintaining sales documentation, and supporting the overall sales process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Help organize and support sales events

Main Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher; degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in microfinance, banking, or customer service.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of microfinance products and client processes.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
