Job Summary

A leading construction company seeking a Structural Design Manager to oversee and manage structural design operations for projects of various scales. The company focuses on delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions in line with client needs and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee organization chart and job descriptions aligned with project scale and operations.
• Ensure accurate, safe, and cost-effective modeling before approval.
• Review and approve calculation notes, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Coordinate tender, construction, and shop drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements, client needs, and ISO9001-2015 standards.
• Collaborate with architect and MEP teams to prevent delays in drawing submissions.
• Inspect site progress, address defects, and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead team meetings, training, and biweekly P.O.P. for site issue resolution.
• Ensure drawings (preliminary, construction, shop, and as-built) meet safety standards, code requirements, and deadlines.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in structural design and project management
• Expertise in structural analysis, CAD, and design software (Robot, Etabs, SAP, Safe, AutoCAD)
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluent in Khmer and English (other languages a plus)
