Product Specialist (Medical Tape)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist - Medical Tape to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and providing expert support for our range of medical tapes to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing or allied health sciences and experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and provide in-depth product knowledge of medical tapes to healthcare providers.
• Support sales activities by conducting product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations in hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
• Act as the key contact point for product-related inquiries and technical support.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve product positioning and support product development.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, medical staff, and purchasing departments.
• Regularly travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit healthcare sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, wound care protocols, and surgical tape usage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and client needs.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers, attend conferences, and visit healthcare facilities.
