Job Summary

As Office Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing facilities, vendor management, supplies, and internal logistics. Youll play a key role in maintaining a productive and professional work environment.

Main Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Operations

  • Oversee daily office functions including supplies, equipment, IT coordination, and maintenance.
  • Ensure office systems are functional and well-maintained.
  • Manage front-desk staff, couriers, and reception processes.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Handle service provider relationships (cleaning, IT, security, maintenance).
  • Negotiate and oversee office service contracts.
  • Review and process facilities-related invoices.

Employee Services & Culture

  • Organize staff events, meetings, and engagement activities.

  • Support new employee onboarding (workspace, admin setup).

  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional office environment.

Compliance & Records

  • Ensure compliance with local labor and safety regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records for contracts, licenses, and office documents.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on operational and expense matters.

Main Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in office coordination or general administration.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to manage vendors and work independently.

  • Fluent in English and Khmer.
