Job Summary
As Office Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing facilities, vendor management, supplies, and internal logistics. Youll play a key role in maintaining a productive and professional work environment.
Main Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Operations
- Oversee daily office functions including supplies, equipment, IT coordination, and maintenance.
- Ensure office systems are functional and well-maintained.
- Manage front-desk staff, couriers, and reception processes.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Handle service provider relationships (cleaning, IT, security, maintenance).
- Negotiate and oversee office service contracts.
- Review and process facilities-related invoices.
Employee Services & Culture

Organize staff events, meetings, and engagement activities.

Support new employee onboarding (workspace, admin setup).

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional office environment.
Compliance & Records

Ensure compliance with local labor and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records for contracts, licenses, and office documents.

Coordinate with HR and Finance on operational and expense matters.
Main Requirements

Bachelors degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in office coordination or general administration.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage vendors and work independently.

Fluent in English and Khmer.
