Job Summary:
We are hiring a General Manager to lead sales and technical operations in soil nutrition, with a focus on fertilizers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in agricultural inputs, soil and crop nutrition, and proven leadership in managing sales teams and driving growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set business goals, strategic plans, and annual budgets.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy across key regions.
  • Identify new market opportunities, distribution partners, and expansion areas.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and technical team to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Deliver technical support and training to internal teams, distributors, and farmers.
  • Conduct field visits to promote proper usage and effectiveness of fertilizer products.
  • Support product planning and supply chain coordination to ensure availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural agencies, cooperatives, and farming communities.

Travel Requirement:

  • Frequent travel to provinces and agricultural areas is required.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related fields (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience in the fertilizer and pesticide industry in Cambodia.
  • Deep knowledge of soil health, plant nutrition, and fertilizer application.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to field locations across Cambodia.
