Job Summary:
We are hiring a General Manager to lead sales and technical operations in soil nutrition, with a focus on fertilizers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in agricultural inputs, soil and crop nutrition, and proven leadership in managing sales teams and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set business goals, strategic plans, and annual budgets.
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy across key regions.
- Identify new market opportunities, distribution partners, and expansion areas.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and technical team to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Deliver technical support and training to internal teams, distributors, and farmers.
- Conduct field visits to promote proper usage and effectiveness of fertilizer products.
- Support product planning and supply chain coordination to ensure availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural agencies, cooperatives, and farming communities.
Travel Requirement:

Frequent travel to provinces and agricultural areas is required.
Main requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related fields (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5-8 years experience in the fertilizer and pesticide industry in Cambodia.
- Deep knowledge of soil health, plant nutrition, and fertilizer application.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to field locations across Cambodia.
