Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical diagnostics sales or a strong background in medical laboratory. This role is responsible for promoting and selling clinical and diagnostic products/services to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the clinical and diagnostic sector.
- Promote and sell diagnostic equipment, reagents, consumables, and services to healthcare facilities, labs, and related organizations.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing product support, technical guidance, and timely service.
- Conduct product presentations, and training to customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity through reports.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Medical, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in clinical diagnostics, medical devices, or laboratory services, OR hands-on experience working in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, laboratory workflows, and relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well
as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
