Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will help the CEO make informed decisions by presenting clear, final financial reports and assisting with executive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, presenting final results to the CEO.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with audits.
  • Support the CEO with financial updates for board meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate on financial planning aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the CEO.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
