Our client is a Cambodia-based MEP contractor with 16 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Medical Gas systems. They have worked on various projects, including commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings, while focusing on innovation, sustainability, and employee development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales & marketing strategies.
• Plan and organize marketing efforts to grow sales and brand.
• Supervise marketing team collaboration on messages.
• Oversee development of marketing programs and materials (ads, events, promotions).
• Align marketing activities with company objectives.
• Monitor market growth and changes to stay competitive.

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• Fluent in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of business and industry.
• Proven ability to manage marketing projects from start to finish.
• Willingness to attend occasional events (webinars, trade shows, fairs).
