Job Summary:

A Senior Manager, Supply Chain Business Partnering plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations while aligning business strategies with logistics and procurement functions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable
  • Manage and develop inventory management strategies, guidelines, and processes to ensure inventory is planned at an optimal level to meet target turn
  • Develop demand planning and improve forecasting tools to maximize service delivery performance, inventory turns, working capital performance and revenue growth
  • Manage and adjust inventory plans to respond to product demand changes and employ an appropriate strategy for each inventory class
  • Manage existing inventory using material requirements planning
    (MRP) system to maximum effect for optimum inventory scheduling and forecasting
  • Monitor and highlight over-/under-stocking and propose strategies to improve the forecasting process

Main Requirements:

  • Demonstrate working understanding of distribution centers, distribution and transport
  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement systems
    and logistics operations
  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement systems

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP - material requirements
    planning (MRP) system
  • Proven experience in the consumer goods, healthcare and
    pharmaceutical industries
