Job Summary:
Our client, a leading logistics company, is hiring a Sales Specialist to focus on growing freight sales (air, sea, land), building strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring timely quotations and service delivery, and supporting cost efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with solid logistics experience and strong sales drive.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive annual gross profit targets through proactive sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and agents.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide competitive quotations.
- Support team development, knowledge sharing, and staff training.
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to cost control initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities, especially in CFS and co-loader services.
- Uphold company values of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics sales or operations.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodias land, sea, and air logistics sectors.
- Excellent English communication; Chinese language is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
