Our client, a leading airline company, is seeking a Human Resources Deputy General Manager to lead HR functions including recruitment, employee performance, payroll support, and employee relations. This role works closely with senior management to ensure effective HR practices aligned with company goals and labor laws.
Main requirements:
- Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies
- Monitor employee performance and compliance with policies and labor laws
- Assist with payroll calculation, salary reviews, and benefits management
- Address employee relations, conflicts, and complaints
- Propose policy updates to enhance productivity and discipline
- Drive employee retention and promote company culture
- Collaborate with senior management to improve workplace environment
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Masters preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR management
