Job Summary:
Our client in the health supplement industry is looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Operation staff to handle sales operations, customer inquiries, data entry, and distributor support.

Main Responsibilities

Sales & Support (SP):

  • Input distributor data, sales records, staff claims, and travel orders

  • Handle daily sales reporting, filing, and money counting

  • Manage credit card settlements, collections, and bank deposits

  • Submit collection documents to Accounts

Customer Service (CS):

  • Handle local and international calls

  • Respond to product and marketing inquiries

  • Update distributor info (e.g., bank details, NRIC)

  • Support telemarketing for events, promotions, and campaigns

  • Guide new distributors with recruitment forms

  • Share product and marketing info

  • Submit monthly customer feedback reports

Others:

  • Support events, warehouse operations, and administrative tasks

  • Run external errands (e.g., ministries, customs)

Main Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales support

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Good English communication skills

  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
