Job Summary:
Our client in the health supplement industry is looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Operation staff to handle sales operations, customer inquiries, data entry, and distributor support.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Support (SP):
-
Input distributor data, sales records, staff claims, and travel orders

Handle daily sales reporting, filing, and money counting
-
Manage credit card settlements, collections, and bank deposits
-
Submit collection documents to Accounts
Customer Service (CS):
-
Handle local and international calls
-
Respond to product and marketing inquiries
-
Update distributor info (e.g., bank details, NRIC)
-
Support telemarketing for events, promotions, and campaigns
-
Guide new distributors with recruitment forms
-
Share product and marketing info
-
Submit monthly customer feedback reports
Others:
-
Support events, warehouse operations, and administrative tasks
Run external errands (e.g., ministries, customs)
Main Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration or related field
-
1-2 years experience in customer service or sales support

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-
Good English communication skills
-
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
