Job Summary:
To lead the Marketing Department and drive strategic marketing initiatives for group malls. This role demands a data-driven, creative leader with strong execution skills and the ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, in-mall promotions)
  • Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to optimize results and ROI
  • Collaborate with leasing, operations, and tenants to boost occupancy, footfall, and sales
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize impact
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and organize customer service initiatives
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms
  • Build partnerships with media, agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and apply best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, preferably in the retail or mall sector
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems
