Warehouse Manager
About the job Warehouse Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the development and enhancement of distribution center strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs.
- Oversee the distribution center inbound operations coordinate with relate stakeholder to ensure fulfillment of incoming shipment are received and put-away to storage are properly completed in timely manner.
- Plan and oversee the redressing operation please ensure there comply with the process manner and priority products.
- Oversee the distribution center outbound operations to ensure fulfillment of orders and distributions are completed in timely manner.
- Oversee the order cancel, trade return and destruction process ensure there are follow the process manner and timely.
- Oversee manpower resources and utilization, and plan critical resources in advance to ensure efficient distribution center operations Determine equipment, infrastructure and facilities requirements to ensure availability and reliability
- Lead and initiate appropriate improvement programs to enhance distribution center operations as well as customer satisfaction levels
- Oversee distribution center operations to ensure distribution center is in compliance with good documentation practice (GDP)
- Institute and sustain quality control measures/procedures to ensure accuracy of stocks/inventory and prevent damage to goods whether in storage or transit
- Ensure the quality of the product and service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
- Manage customer services and relationships through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Business Development, etc.) to develop existing and new business to maximize utilization of warehouse.

Main Requirement:
- Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
- Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions
- Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and fairly in English, both written and spoken
