The Sales Associate welcomes and advises international customers, delivering a premium shopping experience while supporting sales, brand image, and compliance with airport procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with personalized service.

• Recommend products and drive sales through strong product knowledge.

• Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.

• Operate the POS system and handle various payment methods.

• Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and follow visual guidelines.

• Comply with airport security and safety regulations.

Main Requirements:

• High school diploma required; sales or retail training is a plus.

• Experience in retail, especially duty-free or luxury sales.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented.
