Job Summary

As an MDM Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data related to products, suppliers, and pricing. Your work is essential to support efficient procurement, inventory, and sales operations across systems.

Main Responsibilities

Master Data Management

• Create and maintain product, vendor, and pricing data in ERP and POS systems.
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across platforms.
• Manage categories, units of measure, barcodes, and product attributes.

Process & Governance

• Define and enforce data quality standards and validation rules.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, category, and finance teams on data workflows.
• Support system upgrades, data migrations, and interface enhancements.

Data Quality & Support

• Conduct regular audits to identify data gaps or anomalies.

• Resolve issues and assist end-users with data-related problems.

• Monitor and improve ongoing data accuracy.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports on master data status, changes, and error tracking.

• Maintain SOPs, user guides, and data process documentation.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Data Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, ideally in retail or logistics.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Navision).

• Fluent in English.
