Job Summary
The Category Manager Perfume & Cosmetics drives the strategic and commercial development of the category, ensuring a curated assortment, strong supplier partnerships, and a premium customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
Category Strategy & Assortment
- Define and execute a category plan aligned with brand and traveler expectations.
- Build a balanced mix of international, luxury, and local brands.
- Select and optimize the product offer across subcategories and price points.
Supplier Relations & Purchasing

Negotiate pricing, terms, exclusivity, and marketing support.

Manage seasonal launches and new product planning.

Oversee ordering, delivery tracking, and vendor coordination.
Performance Management

Track sales, margins, inventory, and profitability KPIs.

Analyze market trends and shopper behavior to guide decisions.

Develop action plans for improving under performing segments.
Retail Activation & Merchandising
- Plan brand activations and support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure premium merchandising and compliance with airport retail standards.
- Contribute to visual merchandising guidelines and planograms.
Main Requirements

Degree in Business, Marketing, or Cosmetics/Fashion Management.

3-5 years in buying or category management, ideally in beauty.

Strong market and product insight, with excellent negotiation skills.

Fluent in English; French or Chinese is a plus.
