Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategies and campaigns. This role offers strong career progression within a fast-paced, international corporate culture and the opportunity to shape brand impact across a dynamic market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative product marketing strategies to build brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and manage marketing assets such as TV commercials, key visuals (KVs), short films, and more.
  • Lead and oversee advertising campaigns, including planning budgets, setting timelines, and managing production.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, production houses, and PR firms to execute effective campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Oversee the entire product launch processfrom concept development to production and market release.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns, including return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or business development.
  • Prior experience with a Top 3 advertising agency, leading FMCG brand, or international education background is strongly preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
  • Creative mindset with strong data-driven thinking and analytical ability.
