Job Summary:

The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, drive loyalty, and support sales and marketing goals. This includes system implementation, customer data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy & System Management: Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business goals. Select, configure, and optimize CRM tools to meet company needs.
  • Customer Data & Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate performance reports (KPIs), and provide insights for sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify upselling and retention opportunities. Support teams with CRM tools and customer insights.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified CRM approach. Train users and share CRM best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Improve CRM workflows and operational efficiency. Recommend and implement enhancements based on performance analysis. 
  • Reporting & Budget Control: Track CRM activities, monitor competitor movements, and oversee budget efficiency in CRM initiatives.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years experience in CRM management

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation

  • Strong communication and collaboration across teams

  • Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies

  • Customer service background is an advantage
