What Youll Do:
- Responsible for driving and achieving the companys marketing goals, providing vision and strategic direction to enhance business growth and brand presence.
- Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the companys growth objectives and market position.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and executive leadership, to synchronize marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Oversees end-to-end marketing campaigns, monitors performance, and implements best practices to maximize results and return on investment.
- Champions innovative and customer-centric marketing initiatives to enhance the companys competitive edge and relevance in the market.
- Establishes product pricing and competitor strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, digital marketing, communications, event management, real estate or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading marketing strategies, preferably in real estate and property sector in Cambodia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams effectively.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and strategic marketing methodologies.
- Creative and independent thinks, capable of leading marketing strategies in fast-pased environment.
Other Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the real estate industry, and preferably in your 30s.
- Hands-on, results-driven professional with a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working across different teams.
- High proficiency in English and Khmer. Chinese language is an added advantage
- High mobility, with role based in Phnom Penh.
