Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize the operations of our commercial bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, leadership, and strategic management. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for communication with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across all bank departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals and initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of business processes, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Foster a high-performance culture and promote employee development.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Chinese.

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience as COO or in other senior management roles within a commercial bank.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
