Job Summary

The IT Manager will lead the IT function and be part of the management team, responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all IT systems. This role requires a hands-on leader to manage daily operations, resolve technical issues, and maintain reliable infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

1. IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Ensure system uptime across network, servers, and end-user systems
  • Manage daily IT operations, monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Maintain infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability

2. Security & Business Continuity

  • Oversee IT security, access control, and compliance (GRC)
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP)
  • Maintain system documentation and configurations

3. Reporting & Improvement

  • Provide IT performance reports to management
  • Analyze issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Standardize IT processes and tools

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and manage IT team performance
  • Build a responsive IT support culture
  • Ensure readiness for operational support

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with operations and project teams on IT needs and capacity planning
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on IT training, assets, and budgeting
  • Oversee helpdesk and user support services

6. Strategy & Planning

  • Align IT strategy with business goals
  • Ensure SLA compliance and service improvement
  • Drive adoption of automation and new technologies

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or team leadership
  • Strong skills in networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), servers (Windows/Linux), and IT security
  • Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • English proficiency (C1 level)
