Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with clients by offering customized promotional products such as corporate gifts, branded merchandise, and marketing materials. This role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting creative branding solutions, and ensuring smooth order execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B clients, corporate accounts)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client branding and marketing needs, and recommend suitable promotional items
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor order progress and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in promotional items, printing, advertising, or related industry)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience dealing with corporate clients is an advantage
