Operations Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees daily logistics activities transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance. The role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations while improving processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and ensure on-time, accurate service.
• Implement and improve SOPs; track KPIs for delivery, quality, and efficiency.
• Solve customer issues quickly and coordinate with sales and customer service teams.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
• Lead and train the operations team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, customs rules, and safety standards.
• Control operational costs, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare regular performance reports and support digital or process improve

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of logistics or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Good understanding of Cambodian logistics and customs procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in MS Office and logistics systems.

• Fluent in Khmer and English; Chinese is an added advantage.
