Job Summary

Our client, an international school, is looking for an English Instructor to teach young learners by following SEI teaching guidelines. The role includes preparing teaching materials, managing the classroom, conducting student assessments, and communicating with parents. The Instructor must be patient, creative, cheerful, and able to make learning fun.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Follow SEI lesson programs and teaching guidelines.

• Ensure good teaching quality and classroom management.

• Prepare and organize teaching and learning materials.

• Join parentteacher meetings and consultations.

• Conduct parent interviews and student assessments.

• Prepare student reports and explain clearly to parents.

• Prepare weekly checklists and teaching plans.

• Supervise students in class and during drop-off time.

• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Main Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field.

• Fresh graduates or 1+ year experience teaching young learners.

• Love working with kids; patient, cheerful, and friendly.

• Creative with good presentation and classroom management skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and open to learning.

• Excellent English skills.

• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, planning, and organizing skills.
