Finance Officer

Industry: PHARMACEUTICAL

Job Summary

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for Finance Officers to support accounting, financial record management, payment processing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and finance procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, expenses, petty cash).

• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliation.

• Assist in payroll calculation and statutory payment records.

• Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.

• Support monthly financial closing and internal reports.

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse on invoice accuracy.

• Ensure documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.

• Assist with stock costing and cost control reporting.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in accounting preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
• Understanding of tax and financial documentation is a plus.
• Numeric accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, reporting skills, time management, teamwork, and communication skills.
