Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester (Automation) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that improve software quality and testing efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Developers and DevOps teams to automate testing, improve software reliability, and support continuous integration and deployment.

Main Responsibilities:

Automation Testing

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.
  • Create automated UI, API, regression, and end-to-end tests.
  • Convert repetitive manual test cases into automated scripts.
  • Maintain and improve automation test coverage.
  • Analyze automated test execution results and troubleshoot failures.
  • Continuously improve automation framework stability and maintainability.

CI/CD & DevOps

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor test execution and resolve automation issues.
  • Generate automation reports and quality metrics.
  • Support continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Collaboration

  • Participate in Agile development activities.
  • Work with Developers to improve application testability.
  • Share automation best practices with the QA team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Main Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in QA Automation.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or Robot Framework.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with API automation and REST API testing.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
  • Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
  • ISTQB Certification.
