Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the real estate sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients.
- Generate new leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic business initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships with developers, financial institutions, government agencies, and relevant organizations.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring business development targets are achieved.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to support business strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular business development reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, property investment cycles, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of market intelligence and business analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
