Job Summary:
Lead and integrate academic, administrative, and student affairs operations for NGO. Ensure effective implementation of a matrix structure and smooth coordination across all schools.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

Implement matrix model across academic, admin, and student affairs.

Align school and central operations, systems, and processes.

Develop and monitor annual operational plans.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Team Management
-
Supervise 6 staff members.
-
Provide coaching, performance reviews, and staff development.

Support recruitment and onboarding.
3. Process & Quality Oversight
-
Improve workflows, information systems, and documentation.
-
Monitor KPIs for academic quality, attendance, and resource use.

Ensure timely reporting to NGO-I Director.
4. Budget, HR & Director Support
- Coordinate budget planning and HR processes with relevant departments.
- Review school budget proposals.
- Act for the Director in operational matters when needed.
5. Events & External Relations

Oversee events such as ceremonies and meetings.

Coordinate with Ministries, partners, and NGOs.

Lead logistics for cross-school activities.
6. Student Affairs & Discipline
- Handle serious disciplinary cases and coordinate with Social and Academic teams.
- Support investigations and ensure child protection compliance.
Monitor student conduct and follow-up actions.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).
- 7+ years experience in team and operations management; academic admin is a plus.
- Strong English, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management abilities.
- Committed, adaptable, and aligned with NGO values and child protection standards.
