Job Summary:

Our client is a Tax and Accounting Firm based in Phnom Penh, providing professional Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Management Consulting Service
to local and international businesses. They are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client advisory activities, manage relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery in coordination with management.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Business Development:

• Serve as the main contact for clients and manage advisory meetings on accounting, tax, legal, and labor matters.
• Provide professional advice and coordinate with internal teams for client solutions.
• Support new business development through proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
• Review client deliverables (tax returns, financial statements, reports) and liaise with management and authorities.

Internal Management & Quality Control:

• Supervise and guide accounting and tax teams on projects and deliverables.
• Ensure high-quality standards and compliance in all client service processes.
• Coordinate regional or cross-border projects with other group offices.
• Monitor deadlines, client satisfaction, and support HR or SOP improvement initiatives.

Knowledge & Professional Development:

• Stay updated on Cambodian tax laws, accounting standards (IFRS), and labor regulations.
• Participate in regional meetings, conferences, and internal training pro

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or tax advisory (preferably with multinational or consulting firms).
• Strong understanding of accounting, tax, legal, and HR compliance in Cambodia.
• Excellent English; Japanese communication skill is a plus.
