Assistant to Sale Manager

Job Summary
Our client in the Transportation industry is looking for an Assistant to Sales Manager to support daily sales operations, customer coordination, and international cargo shipment documentation. The role works closely with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth sales processes and strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Manager in daily sales activities and planning
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documents
• Handle international cargo shipment documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, Survey Report)
• Coordinate with port operations and internal teams (logistics, accounting, warehouse)
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Maintain customer database, sales records, and reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic issue resolution

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
• Experience in transportation or logistics is an advantage

• Strong organization, multitasking, and MS Office skills
