Job Summary

The Procurement & Logistics Officer provides operational support in purchasing, document control, supplier coordination, shipment follow-up, and inventory tracking to ensure efficient supply chain operations for pharmaceutical products.

Main Responsibilities:

Procurement Support

  • Collect quotations and prepare price comparison.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow supplier confirmation.
  • Assist with supplier communication through email/phone.
  • Prepare purchasing documentation and filing.

Logistics & Shipping

  • Track international/local shipments.
  • Coordinate customs clearance with forwarders.
  • Support warehouse team for receiving goods.
  • Maintain logistics documents (Invoice, PL, COA, BL/AWB).

Inventory & Admin Tasks

  • Update stock, order status, and delivery schedule.
  • Assist in expiry/slow-moving item tracking.
  • Support reporting and database updates.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related.
  • Fresh graduates accepted; 1–2 years experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and import documentation.
  • Detail-oriented and good follow-up skills.
