About the job Strategic Planning
Main Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering data and information to support analysis of business performance and market trends.

Provide support in preparing reports and presentations for management under the guidance of senior staff.

Coordinate with internal departments on ongoing projects and related tasks.

Assist with monthly KPI updates and contribute to business planning activities as assigned by senior staff.

Monitor industry news, National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) announcements, and internal dashboards to keep the team informed.

Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and internal events.

Assist in preparing visual materials such as meeting documents, posters, and related materials.

Provide additional support and conduct surveys as requested by senior staff.
Main Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum one (1) year of working experience in a related field.

Understanding of and familiarity with administrative work.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to work independently as well as in a team.

Good command of spoken and written English is required.
-
Ability to use Korean language is an advantage.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and Power BI.
