Accounting Supervisor

Position Summary
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring the company's costing
systems, analyzing production costs, and ensuring accurate cost reporting to support operational
efficiency and business decision-making. The role works closely with production, warehouse,
procurement, and finance teams to control costs and improve profitability.

1. Daliy Monitoring & Control

• Assist in monitoring daily operational costs and expenses
• Ensure cost control procedures are properly followed
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencie
• Daily financial closing
• AP and AR monitoring
• Treasury reconciliation
• Internal control
• Financial report
• Compliance and Fraud prevention

2. Inventory Cost Management

• Monitor stock movement and control inventory costs
• Support stock counting and reconciliation processes
• Investigate stock variances and discrepancies

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze cost data, variances, and operational expenses
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency

4. Financial Support

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate recording of cost-related transactions
• Support audits and financial checks

5. Compliance & Procedures

• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and SOPs
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Support internal control processes

6. Coordination

• Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams
• Communicate cost-related issues to supervisors
• Support cross-department cost control initiatives
