Key Responsibilities:
A Sale supervisor balance team leadership with strategic planning
* Team Leadership & Coaching: Leading daily or weekly meetings, setting individual targets, and conducting on the _job coaching (often joining reps on filed visits to evaluate their performance).
* Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets, and implementing corrective actions in the team fall short.
* Territory &Route Managements: Assigning specific geographic area, client accounts, or sales routes o team members to ensure maximum market coverage.
* Customer Relationship Management: Stepping in to handle complex client complaints, negotiating high-value contracts, or maintaining relationship with major key accounts.
*Reporting & Strategy: Analyzing sales data to forecast future sale trends and preparing detailed performance report for higher management.
*Recruitment& Training: Assisting in hiring new sales staff and designing onboarding programs to get them up to speed quickly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Experience: Typically require 2 to 5 years of successful experience as a frontline Sale Supervisor.
. Education : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related filed is common, though a strong, proven track record in sales can sometime substitute for a specific degree.
. Core Skills: Leadership and people management, data analysis (Excel, CRM software), advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.
. Traits: High emotional intelligence, goal-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under high pressure.
