Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating customer orders, preparing sales documentation, monitoring payments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and the delivery team. This role helps maintain efficient sales operations and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, and invoices accurately.
  • Inform customers of payment terms and payment schedules.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers when required.
  • Collect and update competitor pricing information when requested.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Main Requirements: 

  • High school diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior work experience is required.
