The Sales Associate focuses on driving sales by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge to international customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Actively sell products and achieve sales targets
• Advise customers using strong product knowledge
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
• Support promotions and sales campaigns
• Handle POS transactions and payments
• Maintain basic store standards and product displays

Main Requirements

• Proven sales experience in retail (duty-free or luxury retail is a plus)
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain features and benefits
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Confident, sales-driven, and customer-focused
