Job Summary

The Senior Sales is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales growth within assigned territories. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts, particularly in wet markets and cafés, while ensuring efficient order processing, payment collection, and market intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned markets and customers regularly to promote and sell the company's plastic products.
  • Focus on expanding sales within wet markets and cafés.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, and invoices.
  • Inform customers of payment terms and coordinate order confirmation, including via phone when appropriate.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Administrator and Delivery Team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns.
  • Collect and report competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities.
  • Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Main Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably selling products to wet markets, traditional trade, FMCG, or cafés.
  • Experience in B2B or wholesale sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Good sales and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily market visits.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to prepare sales documents, including Purchase Orders and invoices.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and payment follow-up processes.
  • Good knowledge of competitor and market analysis.
