Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, product demand, and customer engagement for pharmaceutical products. This role ensures full compliance with pharmaceutical advertising regulations while implementing data-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms. The position leads the creative and technical execution of content, online promotions, and marketing automation to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with product launches and sales targets.
- Manage multichannel campaigns across social media, Google Ads, website, and Telegram.
- Handle all company digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram).
- Implement remarketing, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
- Ensure all digital ads comply with pharmaceutical regulations.
2. Content & Creative Management
- Create and review content for disease awareness and product education.
- Coordinate closely with Technical teams for regulatory compliance.
- Manage content calendars, campaign launches, and healthcare influencers.
- Oversee copywriting, design, video creation, and creative production.
3. Data & Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs: reach, CTR, CPL, ROI, conversions, retention.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and digital trends.
- Optimize campaigns using analytics insights.
4. E-Commerce & Digital Sales Support
- Support online pharmacy sales and marketplace listings.
- Develop digital sales materials: e-brochures, training videos, doctor info packs.
- Manage CRM, lead tracking, and email automation.
5. Team Leadership
- Supervise digital staff, freelancers, and agencies.
- Train sales team on digital tools and brand campaigns.
- Manage digital crisis situations and social media responses.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Ability to understand and follow marketing and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Basic healthcare/medical terminology is a plus.
