Role Overview:
The Marketing Communications Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing
marketing communications strategies to promote Panasonic products in Cambodia. The successful
candidate will work closely with the Manager communications and product marketing teams to
create engaging content, coordinate advertising campaigns, manage events, and build strong
relationships with media agencies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop and create compelling and relevant design content for social
media, marketing collateral, including shop front merchandise(POP ,Catalogue ),
presentations, SNS and website content.
2. Brand Management: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all
marketing communications materials. Work closely with the regional communication and
local agency team to create visually appealing and impactful assets.
3. Advertising and Promotion: Coordinate advertising campaigns across various online
channels, such as print, digital, and social media. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of
advertising and promotional activities.
4. PR and Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain a good relationship with local media
agencies, tv media, journalists, and key influencers. Coordinate press releases, media
interviews, and manage any crisis communication.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences and inform management. Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities and
make strategic recommendations for future marketing campaigns.
6. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing communications budget, including
tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications, shop front merchandising and
related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously on
multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Cambodian market and media landscape is desirable.
