Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to serve as the Management Reporting Assistant Manager / Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a Queen of PowerPoint, capable of creating impactful presentations and managing executive-level administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and manage high-quality presentations and slide decks for the CEO.
- Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist in management reporting and preparing executive summaries for meetings.
- Coordinate and follow up on CEO directives across departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in the CEOs office.
Main Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in executive support or similar roles.
- Proven experience in executive support, preferably assisting senior management or CEO.
- Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and report-preparation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
