Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to serve as the Management Reporting Assistant Manager / Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a Queen of PowerPoint, capable of creating impactful presentations and managing executive-level administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare, and manage high-quality presentations and slide decks for the CEO.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Assist in management reporting and preparing executive summaries for meetings.
  • Coordinate and follow up on CEO directives across departments.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in the CEOs office.

Main Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in executive support or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in executive support, preferably assisting senior management or CEO.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and report-preparation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
