About the job Finance Officer
Job Summary
The Finance Officer supports accounting, financial record management, payment processing, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures relevant to pharmaceutical operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, expenses, petty cash).
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in payroll calculation and statutory payment records.
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.
- Support monthly financial closing and internal reports.
- Work with procurement and warehouse on invoice accuracy.
- Ensure documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
- Assist with stock costing and cost control reporting.
Main Requirement:
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in accounting is preferred; fresh graduates considered.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software / Excel.
- Understanding of tax and financial documentation is a plus.
