Job Summary
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide administrative, coordination, and customer service support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth daily operations, timely order processing, accurate communication with pharmacies, distributors, doctors, and hospitals, and assists in documentation, data entry, customer follow-up, and preparation of marketing and sales materials.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer inquiries and provide product/order information.
- Follow up with pharmacies and clinics on purchase orders, stock, and delivery.
- Maintain customer database, contact lists, and sales activity records.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and support order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for delivery and payment documentation.
- Provide administrative support to sales and medical reps; prepare brochures, samples, banners, and training materials.
- Track sales tools and ensure stock availability for field teams.
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and monitor stock levels.
- Support events: workshops, CME, conferences, pharmacy promotions; assist with KOL and participant coordination.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome; experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical terms is an advantage.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer communication professionally.
- Active, responsible, and able to meet task deadlines with a positive service attitude.
