Job Summary:
To lead and manage the sales team, achieve revenue and growth targets, develop customer relationships, and drive sales strategies that support overall company objectives. The Sales Manager ensures strong market presence, effective team performance, and high customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Create pricing strategies, promotional plans, and sales programs to increase market share.
- Forecast sales demand and coordinate closely with Operations and Procurement.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
- Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Visit customers regularly to understand needs, solve issues, and maintain long-term loyalty.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely closing of opportunities.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in supervisory or managerial positions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
