Our client, a leading investment company, is seeking an Internet Sales Supervisor to drive online sales, manage customer relationships, and support sales growth. The role involves collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure effective lead management and promotional activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Identify and address process blockages to improve efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and finance teams.
- Sell internet products to increase buyers and revenue.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand needs.
- Respond promptly to online leads via phone and email.
- Collect market feedback and report to management.
- Conduct door-to-door promotions of internet products.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and targets.
- Monitor competitor prices and products.
- Maintain customer records and build referral networks.
- Resolve customer complaints with management support as needed.
- Establish and manage agents and referral partners for online sales.
- Meet sales goals set by supervisors.
- Handle sales calls and schedule customer appointments.
Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.

6 months to 1 year sales or call center experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Valid drivers license.
